Take train or flight from Urumqi, capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, to Nanjing or Shanghai first. Since there is no flight between Nanjing and Huangshan, train or bus is your only choice to get to Huangshan from Nanjing (See: How to Get to Huangshan from Nanjing).
In Shanghai, you can either take flight, train or bus to reach Huangshan. See: How to Get to Huangshan from Shanghai.
Roughly it will take you three full days to get to Nanjing from Xinjiang (See Train Timtable below. A long trip, isn't it?). There are quite many trains in Nanjing you can take to get to Huangshan City.
Finally, you can also choose to fly to Hangzhou or Hefei, and then take bus there to reach Huangshan.
