My trip to Huangshan was really good, everything worked out fine, I enjoyed the beautiful landscape and Andrew was a very good guide! It was good that I was with him, because alone I wouldn’t have managed to get all the buses to get to Huangshan, and also like this I learned more about the peaks, mountains, villages and Chinese culture in general.
Thanks for providing this service.
Bettina, whom I have not met (we only sent emails and made phone calls while she was in Nanjing), took the overnight train from Nanjing to Tunxi in the early morning of November 12 to start her 2 days tour of Huangshan by public transportation with the help of our guide. After Huangshan tour, she took public bus to Hangzhou for a visit.

Thank you very much for your caring, everything was fine and we did enjoy our trip in Huangshan and Hongcun as well. We are glad that our trip run in smooth path so that we have sufficient time to explore the city. Keep in touch for our next planning and of course I will introduce to our friends who may interested to visit Anhui or other cities in the near future.
Have a nice day!
About eleven emails were exchanged between us before Karina and her 5 friends had finalized the trip, a quite casual one. 5 members of the group took the public bus from Hangzhou to Tunxi, downtown of Huangshan City, on November 11, while another member took flight from Shanghai to Huangshan airport on the same day. They got up Huangshan the next day and spent one night on the top. The group was lucky since the weather up and down the mountain was almost perfect. We provided private transporation and guide service, including reservation of hotel up Huagnshan.

Just wanted to say thank you for your assistance on our holiday. We had a great time! We appreciated your flexibility and that you were always there to make sure we were happy - it was very reassuring in a foreign country. The drivers we had were lovely and the whole thing was a lovely experience!
As I thought you were so wonderful, I was hoping I might give you a little of my feedback that might make it more enjoyable for future tourists if I may.
- Perhaps a list of the locations of the meals whilst on Huangshan (including where to collect the picnic lunch from) just so it's clear, we were a little unsure initially.
- Reword the website a little so it states all meals are included - it currently states "meals mentioned" but not all meals are mentioned in the itinerary.
- Might be worth mentioning that although the "deluxe" hotels on the mountain are the best accommodation offered on the top of the mountain, they are not equivalent to a Western 4 star hotel. After we stayed in the amazing Huangshan International hotel I expected the accommodation to be similar. We didn't take toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, soap etc) up the mountain as we assumed they'd be provided in the "4 star" hotel on the mountain - they weren't. I was expecting a more comfortable hotel for a "deluxe" package. I just think a heads up is a good idea for your future clients.
- Perhaps some Hanzi on your Huangshan map. The map was a little difficult to follow in places and in order to ask other Chinese for directions it needs to have the Chinese on it. I wasn't sure how to translate some of the names.
That's all. :) Just trying to be helpful.
Thank you again and I will absolutely recommend you to friends and family interested in travelling to China.

Natalia Jones and her husband came to Huangshan on October the 10th, 2012 to take Huagnshan Hiking Tour on their own (without guide). We thank the couple a lot for their warm comments and usefull suggestions for our later operation.
2nd October 2012
I would like to thank you and your company for providing such excellent service during our trip to Huangshan. Joseph, our guide, was fantastic. His knowledge and english was of the highest standard.
We were so lucky, ideal weather, and got to see both sunset and sunrise on Yellow Mountain. The travel itinery worked out perfectly, although we decided to take the cable car down. I think the walk down and up West Sea Canyon wore out my daughters legs.
All the hotels were fine and the Best Western Hot Springs was a great place to recouperate after all those steps.
The Huashan Grottoes were amazing, and as engineers, astounded us at the skills people had 1700 years ago.
We will not hesitate in recommending your sevices to family and friends.
Best regards and thanks again.

PS feel free to use this on your website if you wish.
Yan Shou, her husband and lovely duaghter visit Huangshan in this September, including Hongcun Village, Tangyue Archways and Huashan Mysterious Grottoes. Near the end of tour when she gave our guide the balance of cost, she said that she should have wired the whole payment to us in order to save the trouble of carrying cash all the way to Huagnshan.

IT IS JEAN-PIERRE FROM QUEBEC. I AM BACK HOME AND MY HEAD IS FULL OF GREATS SOUVENIRS FROM YOUR BEATIFUL COUNTRY.
I WANT TO UNDERLINE THE GREAT WORK OF IVAN. HE WAS VERY GENEROUS, HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO US, HE SPEAKS AN EXCELLENT ENGLISH AND HE MASTERS HIS SUBJECT.
MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY SATISFIED FOR HIS SERVICES.
It seems that Jean is used to capitalized letters in her emails to us. She was with her husband for one-day Huangshan tour, in which they took our guide service and private transporation.

We definitely enjoyed the trip.
Very good service!
Count on my recommendations of your tour agency.

We just arrived home last night from Shanghai.
Yes we had a good time in Mt. Huangshan and the surrounding old villages. Richard took us for a very good lunch at one of the villages. Its was excellent and a very commendable gesture from him.
Thank you so much for looking after us so well.
I will leave your name and contact number with my friend in Shanghai so that if they need any English speaking tours in China in the future, they will contact you directly.
Lillian, a Malaysian university professor of advertisement, and her husband visited Huangshan and UNESCO heritage old villages for 3 days. Then, the couple took the public bus to Shanghai where they flew back home.

We wanted to thank you so much for our tour. We are very sorry for the trouble caused about our friend's laptop - we were all very angry with him!
The tour was wonderful. We spent the day hiking in Jiuhuashan and visited many of the temples. I don't know if I've ever climbed so many stairs, but the views were spectacular!! We also very much enjoyed our time in Wuzhen, which was very beautiful. As you suggested, we visited the Eastern part in the afternoon, and spent the evening in the Western part. Mr. Chu was a perfect driver. Our only (tiny) issue was that our itinerary indicated that the drive from Jiuhua to Wuzhen was 3 ½ hours, when it was actually 5 hours. If we had known how long the drive was, we would have asked to leave earlier in the morning. But that is a very minor issue, we very much enjoyed our trip, and I will recommend your agency to any of my friends who visit China.

The itinerary of Allison and other 3 Ameicans was somewhat simple: they flew in the evening of June 14 from Beijing to Tunxi, downtown of Huangshan city, where they spent the night. On the next day, they drived to Jiuhuashan, one of the four sacred Buddhist mountains in China, to visit Buddhist temples and stayed for the night. In the morning of June 16, the group was transferred to Wuzhen, a water town in east China, for a visit before driving to Hangzhou airport in the morning of June 17. The 4-pax group only needed our service of hotel booking and private transfer all the way until finally sending to Hngzhou airport.

We've been home for almost a week now, each one having to deal with overcoming the jetlag. Regardless, we all felt that it was such an amazing trip, to visit all the wonderful sites, and as well, to witness all the modern infrastructure in place in the cities. I am extremely impressed by the fact that China not only managed to feed its (huge!!!) population but also raised the living standard significantly for everyone, all through its own effort (blood, sweat, and tears)!
As far as our leg of the trip--from Huangshan to Jiuzhaigou/Huanglong, everything worked out perfectly (except maybe the last hotel stay--the food was not very good and the plumbing in the new hotel was not draining properly so that we ended up with a pool of water after/in our showers). All of the guides were extremely competent and helpful, and the cars/drivers were great. We loved the lodging and food in the Chengdu hotel (Tianfu Sunshine Hotel) where we spent less than a day. Rita and I decided that we just have to come back for a return visit!
Thanks for all your help in arranging this trip and for watching out for us all along the trip. We really enjoyed our trip and have come back with a newfound respect for the people of China, their hardwork and continued struggle, and their laudable effort at eco-tourism (i.e Huangshan, Jiuzhaigou, and Huanglong)!
I will be recommending CITS to any of my friends who plans to travel to China; thought I let you know.
Lilian and Rita, her siter, took the private Huangshan and Panda Tour, on June 4. After spending 4 days visiting Huangshan and nearby century-old villages, they flew to Chongqing where they changed for an express train to Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province, at around 11:20 pm to start their trip to the picturesque Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. The whole trip lasted about 8 days. It's evident that the two sisters love China so much!

Yes. Back safe and sound. With many great memories of our trip to China. Our specific comments on the tour are as follows:
Comments on Beijing Tour:
Guide: Chi - Excellent. Very good all around knowledge, gave us plenty of space, flexible with our itinerary, and took us to some great restaurants.
Hotel: Chang'An Grand Hotel - Just OK. We complained about the first room they put us in (it smelled of cigarette smoke, and we do not smoke). To their credit, they immediately upgraded us to a larger, non-smoking room. Breakfast was good. But no roll-away bed was provided (like all of the other hotels we stayed at), and we complained about the AC (room was warm) but they were unable to fix it. It is also a long way from most of the tourist spots, and there were no restaurants or convenience/grocery stores nearby.
Beijing Attractions: Great. although very hot.
Comments on Huangshan Tour:
Guide: Ivan - Excellent. Very knowledgeable of Huangshan mountain and surrounding areas, and very attentive to our needs.
Hotel: Huangshan International Hotel - Excellent. Breakfast was great, but we did not spend much time there (and would have like to do so). Roll-away bed was provided.
Hotel: Beihai Hotel - Fine. Breakfast was good. Roll-away bed was provided. Would have preferred to spend some more time on the mountain in general, but given that it rained in the afternoon and the following day maybe one night was best.
Huangshan Attractions: Excellent. Our favorite place on the tour. We would have liked to spend more time there.
Comments on Shanghai Tour:
Guide: Tom - Excellent. Very all around knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs.
Hotel: Regal East Asia Hotel - Excellent. Service was excellent. Breakfast was great, service was excellent. Roll-away bed was provided. But it is also some distance from the tourist spots.
Hotel: Hilton Hotel - Excellent. Service was excellent. Packed breakfast was provided as we left early the next morning. Roll-away bed was provided.
Shanghai Attractions: Great. We felt that the tour covered the major attractions, and we got a good feel for and liked the city.
Comments on Suzhou Tour:
Guide: Tom - Excellent. Very all around knowledgeable, flexibly with our itinerary, and very attentive to our needs.
Hotel: Suzhou Pacific Hotel - Excellent. Breakfast was great, service was excellent. Roll-away bed was provided. Would have preferred to spend some more time enjoying the hotel and its surroundings.
Suzhou Attractions: Great. We felt that the tour covered the major attractions, and Zhouzhuang in particular was well worth it.
Itinerary: Great for adults. But because we were traveling with small child, we would have preferred a less intensive itinerary (even if it added extra days and cost to the tour.)
Hotels: Because we elected for 5 star hotels, we would prefer to spend at least 2 days in each hotel (so that we could enjoy the hotel itself more, and not spend so much time packing and unpacking bags).
Tour Organization: As you know, we had one free day in Beijing before the CITS tour began, and we travelled independently to Xian for one day at the end of the CITS tour. With the benefit of hindsight, we would have preferred that you organized and arranged the whole of our stay in China.
We very much appreciated your close attention to our enjoyment of our tour. We will definitely book through you again when we come back to China, and recommend your service to our family and friends.
Please feel free to use any of these comments on your website. Thank you again.
All the best,
Rodney, Corazon & Paul Webb USA
Rodney, his wife and 5-year-old son, took the tour: Picturesque Yellow Mountain and Water Town Tour starting on May 25th, 2012 and ending on July 4th. His feedback is, perhaps, the longest and most detailed one we've ever received from our clients. So many thanks for his time and candid comments, which will be surely of great help in our arrangements for our clients later.

The trip was good except for the rain during the Huangshan trip. Would need to go there again when have opportunity.
I would think the qiandau lake trip could be better with more sight seeing trip around islands to look at the beautiful island.
Thx n rgds
Ritchie, his wife and 2 lovely kids, together with another family, strarted their trip from Hangzhou to Chun'an Wharf in Zhejiang Province to cruise on Qiandaohu (One Thousand Isles) Lake. They reached Shendu Wharf (in Huangshan City) in the afternoon and were transferred there to Tunxi for the night. In the next day, They conducted a one-day tour up and down Huangshan. In the morning of the third day, they were transferred to Hangzhou airport directly for their departure back home.

Thank you for your email.
Yes, Patrick and I enjoyedour China trip immensely! We have a lot of good memories from it too!
Thank you for organising it so wonderfully.
Wynne and her boyfriend came to Huangshan In March. Their major interest is Huangshan, Giant Budedha in Leshan, Pandas in Chengdu, Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou, and Guilin as well which is actually a combination of Huangshan and Panda Tour and Walking in the Scrolls. Their trip in China lasted for 13 days.

Puncak with his family, consisting of 8 adults and 5 children, contacted us when they were in Hangzhou on December 28, 2011, just one day earlier before they were picked up and transferred to Huangshan by us on the 29th. After the trip to the ancient villages in the afternoon of the 29th and tour up Huangshan for the following 2 days, the whole family were sent to Shanghai directly on December 31st, 2011..

Sorry not to reply earlier but I had been very busy in Europe for almost 4 months and didn't have time for any extras. I just came back home to USA and filling all the gaps in feedback about our trip to China.
