The Longji tea had been a tribute of the Qing Dynasty, and has a special flavor. Tasting the tea, you will find it bitter at first, but faint and sweet soon after.
Longji watery wine, made from the Longji glutinous rice, is mellow and refreshing.
Longji peppers are especially spicy. Its rinds are thick, seeds are tiny, and the piquancy is mild.
Longsheng soap stones are the best-quality materials for carving handiworks. Folk artists engrave on the stones, adopting subjects from a wide range, from great places, animals and plants in Longsheng to the production, lifestyle, local conditions and customs here. These stone carvings are good souvenirs for tourists, and preserve the rich local flavor.

Local inhabitants make various walking sticks with the bamboo, engraving characters, like "Longsheng Memento", on the sticks. Tourists like this kind of souvenir, which is useful as well as commemorative.
